Services are typically implemented within 2–3 weeks, subject to client cooperation and technical requirements.
Montana law permits one-party consent for call recording. By using our services, you consent to the recording of calls for quality assurance, training, and service improvement. We will provide notice before recording begins. You may request that specific lines not be recorded.
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive calls and SMS messages from ForeverGold AI. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting us directly.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Services are billed according to the package selected (Launch, Grow, or Scale). Custom implementations may have different pricing structures.
ForeverGold AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montana.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
